The following notification is hereby issued for Head Teacher Aptitude Test (HTAT) by the State Examination Board, Gujarat State, Gandhinagar for the prescribed qualification candidates for the recruitment of Head Teacher in schools. The Sadar Ksiti Examination is conducted under the management of District Education Officers in designated districts under the planning and implementation of the State Examination Board.

Orher information
Socially and Educationally Backward Caste Caste Certificate of Socially and Educationally Backward Class candidates from the competent authority designated by the State Government, and for Socially and Educationally Backward Class for the current financial year not included in Advanced Class (Non-Cream Layer Certificate) of the Competent Authority Dated- 184 /2015 or thereafter should have obtained a certificate issued.
Caste certificate from competent authority is required in case of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe.
In case of Physical Handicap (Psychological Handicap) it is necessary to have a certificate from the equivalent officer designated by the State Government.
By the Education Department No.: BAMSH-1116/12/7, Dated: 08/06/2018 Compiled Resolution of the Education Department regarding Qualifications and Subjects and Medium for Recruitment of Teaching Subjects in Higher Secondary Schools Dated: 20/05/2017 i[l No.: BAMSH/1167877342 and dated: 07/05/2018 Amendment Resolution No.: BAMSH-1117/773/C to decide the rules for teacher aptitude tests for recruitment of teachers in private (Grant-in Ed) higher secondary schools and government higher secondary schools registered with has come.
In view of the above, Teacher Aptitude Test (Higher Secondary) Teacher Aptitude Test (Higher Secondary) TAT (HS) State Examination Board, Gujarat for appointment as a teacher in registered Private (Grant-in-Ed) Higher Secondary and Government Higher Secondary Schools A notification is hereby issued to be held by the State, Gandhinagar. The above test/examination will be conducted through District Education Officers at designated centers under the management of the State Examination Board.
Candidates who have appeared in the last year or semester examination of any course of academic or professional qualification prescribed for this test but whose result has not been published can also fill the application form as per this advertisement. The application and result of this examination of such candidates will be subject to the result of their last year or semester examination.
Under Teacher Aptitude Test (Higher Secondary) Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Gujarati, Hindi, English, Economics, Sanskrit, Statistics, Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology, Geography, History, Political Science, Commerce, Yoga Health and Physical Education, Computer Studies , Marathi, Urdu, Sindhi, Tamil, Persian, Arabic, Prakrit, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Dairy Science, Home Life Science and Social Science will be conducted.
A candidate fulfilling other prescribed conditions having educational and training qualification prescribed by the State Ordinance for the concerned subject for candidature as a teacher of the relevant subject in registered Private (Grant-in-Ed) Higher Secondary Schools and Government Higher Secondary Schools as amended from time to time. Only this teacher can appear for Aptitude Test (Higher Secondary).
Subject wise educational and professional qualification will be as per sheet-1 and sheet-2. In addition, candidates with educational and training qualifications for the appointment of teachers in the special schools mentioned in Table-3 may appear in the Teacher Aptitude Test (Higher Secondary) of the relevant subject. Candidates have to fill the online application form only after studying the form-1,2 and 3 carefully.
The details of educational and training qualifications will be verified by the Recruitment Selection Committee and the decision of the Recruitment Selection Committee will be final.
For this test, the application form is filled online by the State Examination Board, Gandhinagar and if the details of the information sought by the candidate have been concealed or given false information by the candidate, the Chairman State Examination Board will take the decision to cancel the result of such candidate.
The candidate has to give a certificate online that the details of the form filled by him/herself are correct, if someone submits wrong details, his/her form will be liable to be canceled and a criminal offense will be committed against him/her.
Personal information, educational qualification, experience and other details will be verified by the recruitment selection committee and the decision of the recruitment selection committee will be final.
Caste certificate from competent authority is required in case of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
Caste Certificate of Socially and Educationally Backward Class from the Competent Officer designated by the State Government for Socially and Educationally Backward Class Candidates and Social Justice and Empowerment Department for Socially and Educationally Backward Class Resolution No. 26/04/2016: SSP/122015, 455246- A and should have obtained a non-criminal certificate from the competent authority as per the resolution from time to time.
In case of Physical Handicap, it is necessary to have a certificate from the competent authority designated by the State Government.
The candidate should take a print out of the form filled online on the website and sign the form along with necessary documents like pay sweep copy of examination fee payment, caste certificate, non-criminal certificate and physical handicap certificate as applicable to the candidate. Candidates have to keep the necessary supporting documents with them, when the need arises.
Candidates who have paid the prescribed examination fee can download their computerized hall ticket from this website during the prescribed period by entering their confirmation number and date of birth.
