Education Qualification for Talati
Have reached the Advanced Secondary School Certificate Examination directed by Secondary and/ or Advanced Secondary Education Board or retain an original capability honored by the Government.
Retain the introductory knowledge of computer operation as specified in the Gujarat Civil Services Bracket and Reclamation ( General) ground rules, 1967.
Retain acceptable knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
The candidate must have obtained the prescribed educational qualification from a recognized university/institute, the candidate must produce the mark sheet and degree certificates in original of each year semester of the recognized university/institute at the time of certificate/document verification.
A candidate should be qualified as per the provisions mentioned in the Gujarat Panchayat Service Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules 1998 as amended from time to time) and as per other provisions mentioned therein every candidate should produce a certificate to that effect when called upon by the competent authority.
Age limit
Panchayat Department Notification No:-KP/271/2021/PRR/1196/01/KH-Dt.20/1242021, Resolution No:-PRR/1196401Kh Dated 20-12-2021 and Letter No:- PRR/102021/22575 As per 27-12-2011, it has been decided to relax the maximum age limit by 01 years in respect of all the advertisements published during the period from 01/09/2021 to 31/08/2022. Apart from this, Panchayat Department Notification No.:- KP/27342021, PRR 102013/1891/Kh dated 271242021 has given a relaxation of one year in the upper age limit for Gram Panchayat Secretary (Talati Cum Mantri) cadre. Thus, the maximum age limit of 33 years - 01 years + 0 years = 36 as per recruitment rules is fixed for the purpose of this advertisement as per above calculation.
Application Fee
1. All the candidates who have selected (indicated) “General” category while filling the form have to pay 100rs to the examination fee.
2. Candidates belonging to the following categories shall not have to pay any examination fee.
(1) Scheduled Caste (SC)
(2) Scheduled Caste (ST)
(3) Socially and Educationally Backward Class (SEBC) Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidate
(4)Candidate from Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
(5) Ex-Serviceman All Categories (6) Candidates with Physical Disability (PD) All Categories
3. General category candidates have to pay the examination fee, for this the candidate can pay the examination fee by any of the following methods:
(1) Through Post Office
(2) Online through SBI a-pay

Computer Knowledge
- General Administration Department of State Govt. Government Resolution No. dated 13-8-2008. CRR 10-2007-120320-2-5, Mr. Nakki As per the prescribed syllabus, the candidate should have basic knowledge of computer, or have passed any diploma degree or certificate course in computer knowledge from a government recognized university or institution with certificates or degree or diploma course. Having certificates with computer as a subject or General Administration Department Resolution No:- CRR/102007/4120320/G-5 dated 18-3-2016 from Class-10 or Class-12 examination with computer as a subject.
Salary
1. Since the selected candidate will be appointed on contract basis to this post, Finance Department dt. 29-4-2010 Resolution No: Kharch-2002-57-Z-1, and Resolution No. Kharch/R00Tra57/Part 24:4-1 dated 6-10-2011 and Resolution No: Perch/2002/57/Part Raz- 1 dated 20-10-2014 and Resolution No.-Kharach/2002/57/(Part-2)/Z-1 dated 20-10-2015 and Resolution No.Kharchar00Rapak Part-Raz-1 dt. As per the provision dated 18-1-2017, the appointment will be made on a fixed salary of Rs.19950/- per month for the first five years and other benefits prescribed by this resolution will be available.
2. The selected candidate will be notified by the appointing authority of the Finance Department. 28-3-2016 Resolution No.: Kharach/2002/57/(Part-3)/Z-1, subject to the bids and conditions mentioned in and in the name of SLP No.141242012 & 14125/2012 filed in the Supreme Court. Subject to the judgment, a contract appointee will be given on this post and at the end of five years, if his services are found satisfactory by the appointing authority, he will be eligible for regular appointment in the concerned office as per the norms of the then Government in the fixed pay scale admissible for that post.
NOTE
1. Once the online application is confirmed, no change can be made by the candidate or the organization. The candidate has to produce the certificates in accordance with the details mentioned in the application when asked by the board. Hence, the candidate should first carefully verify his name, father's name, surname, date of birth, educational qualification, caste (category), gender (male/female), ex-serviceman, sports, type of physical disability, widow etc. Only the corresponding details including the spelling of the surname have to be shown in the online application. If any inconsistency is found in the details mentioned in the online application form and the certificates produced by the candidate before the board when the board asks for the verified original certificates, the candidature of the candidates with defective applications will be 'cancelled' by the board from that stage. In case of cancellation of defective application candidature due to wrong or incomplete details, the Board shall not be responsible for the same. Hence, candidates are advised to take special care to indicate the relevant details based on the certificates they possess while applying online. In this regard, submissions to amend the details mentioned in the online application will not be accepted.
2. Online applications are invited by Gujarat Panchayat Seva Selection Board for direct recruitment of above cadre of Panchayat Seva. In the interest of the candidates applying for these posts, the candidates are cautioned to stay away from anti-social elements like bribery or cheating, as well as legal criminal action against those who extort money from the candidates in the name of an official/employee of the organization.
