English grammar is an important subject to pass and get RANK in every exam.
It is very important to remember the vocabulary (spelling) to learn English grammar.
Pre means ahead. As the word preceding a pronoun is primarily intended to convey the idea of time or place in its name. It is called nominal element. Some nominal particles are sometimes placed after verbs.
A word that connects two words, two sentences, sub-sentences or phrases together is called Conjunction. Junction means joining.
Generally an interjection is not considered a part of speech. Because a word used as an exclamation like h... has no grammatical relation to another word. Yet anger, emotion. These words are necessary to express grief, joy, pain. An interjection is an exclamation that is uttered on a happy or auspicious occasion.
A noun is singular when it indicates a number of one. If a name indicates more than one number, it is called plural.
"As soon as" and "No sooner" are used in the same way that 'when' and 'while' are used before the first verb in the sentence. Here it is shown that the first action is followed by the second action.
When 'As soon as' is used, no word is placed before the sentence indicating the second action because its meaning is contained in 'As soon as', but when 'No sooner' is used, auxiliary verbs like Dc, Does, Has, Have are placed before the subject. is and 'than' is placed before the sentence indicating the action taking place. To see these two types of sentences, 'As soon as' or 'No sooner' is used in reference to 'when', 'then'.
The verb be does not usually have a subject with a/an or some. A sentence like A
Chinese restaurant is round the corner is possible but unusual. A phrase with a/an
is usually new information, and so it comes later in the sentence.
In a sentence, two sentences are often connected by a single word. In these two sentences, there are two main sentences and another subordinate sentence. Conjunctions make the two sentences co-ordinal and we call it as Conjunction. Such conjunctions indicate time, result, cause and option. Here some Conjunctions are explained with examples.
These conjunctions show the value of mutual opposition. It comes at the beginning of the sentence. Sometimes the meaning is arranged according to the meaning. In this sense Even if, Even though Although this conjunction is used at the beginning of the sentence or between according to the meaning.
Among also means between. But Among is used when talking between more than two people or things.
The word 'with' is used to denote two different meanings 'With' means 'with', 'with' means 'with' and 'with' means 'with' when used in reference to an instrument.
'Behind' refers to something or a person standing behind something. 'Behind' means 'behind' but here 'behind' refers to something standing still.
'For' means 'for'. For a person or thing is indicated by 'For' also an indefinite period of time is indicated by for', usually it is used in present perfect tense.
